Waie Cottage

This mid-terrace cottage sits within a larger complex near Zeal Monachorum, close to Crediton, and comes with access to an extensive range of on-site facilities alongside its own private accommodation. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: a twin room on the ground floor fitted with a single and a double bed, reached from the hallway or via doors from the lounge, plus an upstairs double with en-suite bathroom and a further upstairs twin. A shower room with walk-in shower and WC serves the ground floor, while the en-suite has a shower over bath and WC.

The lounge has double doors opening onto a patio with countryside views, along with a Smart TV and hi-fi; further televisions are fitted in the bedrooms. The kitchen/dining room is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a tumble dryer is available next door for a small charge. Wi-fi is provided, though the rural setting means the signal can be intermittent. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are supplied, making this a practical choice for families with young children.

Guests have shared use of a heated indoor swimming pool, subject to availability and advance booking, with private sole hire also possible for an additional hourly fee. The on-site sports hall covers badminton, tennis, netball and football at no extra charge, and further shared facilities include snooker and pool tables, table tennis, a skittle alley, squash courts and a five-a-side pitch. Children can use the outdoor adventure playground with zip slides or the indoor soft play area with its own coffee shop, and there is a pub and restaurant on site. A dog grooming service can be arranged with the owner.

Outside, the cottage has shared use of lawns bordered by hedgerows and fencing, plus a patio area with garden furniture for outdoor meals. Ample parking is provided on site. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply and the boundaries around the lawns may not suit every dog off the lead. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
