Valley View

Valley View is a first-floor apartment in Bishopsteignton, linked to the owner's home, a village near Combeinteignhead. Guests reach the front door up seven concrete steps, through what was once a Victorian glass room. The apartment sleeps 3 across two bedrooms and one bathroom, and suits a couple or a small family.

Inside, a modest kitchen has a gas oven and hob and a small fridge/freezer, opening onto a living/dining area with space for the whole family to eat together and a TV for evenings in. The bedrooms are a double and a second bedroom, and the bathroom has a bath, a shower over, a heated towel rail and a WC.

Outside, a private rear courtyard garden has a gravelled area and a picnic table, though it is not enclosed. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Central heating covers the apartment, and WiFi, a TV, a DVD player and a small selection of books are provided.

Valley View takes two well-behaved dogs, and smoking is not permitted. Bookings run to a minimum stay of 4 nights, with changeovers on a Saturday only, are for holidaymakers only and cannot accommodate worker stays, and the shop and pub are both around 0.1 mile away.
