The shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away, and the river is 0.7 miles, so daily essentials and a walk are close by without needing the car. Being an old cottage, a couple of the beams are low and the open-tread stairs can be steep, so it's worth taking care, particularly with young children.

1 Myrtle Cottages welcomes one well-behaved pet, kept off the furniture and on a lead when outside the cottage. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
