Upper Stable - The Stables Apartments at Meadfoot Bay

Upper Stable is a first-floor apartment at The Stables Apartments in Torquay, near Meadfoot Bay, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms and a single bathroom. Exposed wooden beams run through the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, giving the apartment a characterful feel, and it suits couples or a small family wanting to be close to the coast path.

The two bedrooms are a king-size and a twin, both well presented, and a single bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC serves them. The master bedroom has sea views, and a roof terrace reached by an external staircase from that bedroom also looks out over the water, a good spot for a morning coffee.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, with a coffee maker, kettle and toaster besides. The sitting area has a TV and WiFi, and central heating covers the apartment throughout. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there is little to bring beyond luggage.

Designated off-road parking is provided for one car, and one well-behaved dog is welcome, provided it is not left unattended at the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. The shop is around 0.6 miles away and the pub about 0.4 miles, both an easy walk from the apartment.
