Twelve Oaks Farmhouse

Twelve Oaks Farmhouse stands in the hamlet of Teigngrace, two miles from Newton Abbot, on a working farm with its own shop and fishing lake. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom farmhouse sleeps 10 across two floors and includes a dining hall, kitchen, sitting room and a separate snug.

Upstairs are four bedrooms: two family rooms, one with a double and a single bed and the other with a king-size and a single bed plus a hand basin, along with a further double and a twin. They are served by a bathroom with a bath and shower over and a separate shower room. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and the dining room seats the whole group for meals. Biomass central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent, and a Smart TV with WiFi serves both the sitting room and the snug.

Outside, a lawned garden opens onto the farm, and guests can use a shared outdoor heated swimming pool, open 8am to 8pm from May to September. There is a dedicated electric vehicle charging station on site, payable at reception, and off-road parking for three cars. Twelve Oaks Farmhouse takes one well-behaved dog for an additional charge, and cats are not permitted. As this is a working farm, children need supervising at all times, and the house is no smoking. Sunday changeovers are not available, and commercial vehicles need prior authorisation.
