This house occupies a position within walking distance of the high street and seafront in Ilfracombe, close to restaurants, bars and small independent shops. A turret-style spiral staircase connects the three floors, leading up to an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner with panoramic views over the town on one side and the sea and coastline on the other.

The ground floor holds three bedrooms: a king-size room with sea views and an en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding bath, shower and WC; a spacious double with a sofa bed; and a twin, both of the latter also with sea views. A family bathroom with bath and WC, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate WC complete this level. On the lower ground floor sit a further two bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-size bed leading through to a child's twin suitable for children under 12, plus a double with garden access. A contemporary shower room with double shower and WC serves this floor, along with a second lounge and a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher and storage behind folding doors.

The main living space on the first floor is finished with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, plus a breakfast bar and a dining table with sea views. Bi-folding doors open onto separate balconies from the lounge, which also has a wood burner for cooler evenings. Outside, an enclosed, south-facing garden overlooks the town and is furnished with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

Off-road parking is available for three cars. The property does not accept dogs. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
