This renovated barn conversion sits near Lee, on the North Devon coast close to Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. Exposed oak beams and a vaulted ceiling run through the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, and the South West Coast Path passes directly behind the property, making it a straightforward base for coastal walks.

The ground-floor bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as twins on request, and opens directly onto the patio. An en-suite shower room with WC completes the accommodation, which sleeps two guests. The property welcomes two adults and one small child, with a travel cot and highchair available on request.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and coffee machine, and underfloor heating runs throughout. A Smart TV is provided in both the lounge and bedroom. Outside, the enclosed garden has a decked area with a private hot tub, a charcoal barbecue, a fire pit and deck chairs, suited to dining outdoors.

Private parking is available for two cars, and internet access is provided. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. For those wanting more space, this property can be booked alongside its sister cottage, The Chapel, so that a larger group can holiday together while keeping separate accommodation. Arrival is from 16:30 and departure before 10:00.
