The Renoir Sea View Suite is a two-bedroom penthouse apartment within the Corbyn Apartments on the Torquay seafront, refitted by an interior designer across around 70 square metres. It sleeps 4 and is reached by lift to the third floor, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area as its centrepiece, ideal for couples or small groups wanting to be close to the water.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, while the second bedroom is a zip/link king-size that can be arranged as twins, making it flexible for friends travelling together. A separate shower room off the living space completes the layout, so two bathrooms are available between the two bedrooms.

The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine, with a hairdryer and kettle also provided. The sitting area has a Smart TV and WiFi, and acoustic glass windows frame sweeping views over the tides and Torquay's coastline. Central heating covers the whole apartment.

Allocated parking is provided for one car, with additional visitor space subject to availability, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. The Renoir Sea View Suite does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout. The shop is around 0.8 miles away, with the pub and beach both about 0.1 miles.
