The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, along with a Lavazza coffee machine, and there is a dining table for all guests. Sleeping up to six, the layout offers a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be split into twins) with its own Smart TV and ensuite shower room and WC, a king-size zip-and-link room that converts to 2'6 twins, and a twin room with 2'6 zip-and-link beds that can be made into a king. A separate family bathroom has a freestanding bath, walk-in shower and WC.

Outside, guests have use of a designated area within the communal grounds, set up with seating and a charcoal BBQ. Two allocated parking spaces are provided at the property, and internet access is available. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

Mortehoe itself has a pub and shop within walking distance, and the beach is described as being within easy reach. Please note the property draws on a private water supply, and there is no charging point for e-bikes or scooters on site.
