The Pebbles

The Pebbles sits within walking distance of Bideford, with the town's shops and cafes close enough to reach on foot. Inside, a porch and hallway lead through to a cosy lounge with comfy sofas and a Smart TV, plus a feature fireplace fitted with an electric wood-burner-effect fire. A separate dining room offers a large table for group meals and a genuine wood burner for cooler evenings, with a first basket of logs included; patio doors here open straight onto the garden.

The kitchen leads off the dining room and is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and a Delonghi coffee machine, with a separate WC just off it rather than a second bathroom. A conservatory off the kitchen provides extra seating, and a shed outside is useful for storing bikes or surfboards.

Sleeping up to six across four bedrooms, the layout has one double bedroom set in the eaves on the second floor, while the first floor holds a king-size, a further double and a single, alongside the property's one shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. A highchair is available for families travelling with young children.

Outside, an enclosed decked area comes with patio furniture and a charcoal barbecue for dining outdoors. Parking is on the road directly outside, subject to availability, though a long-stay public car park is nearby if needed. Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges applying.
