Gammaton Barton Farmhouse

Gammaton Barton Farmhouse stands within the grounds of the owner's home on the outskirts of Bideford, reached via a private driveway with off-road parking for up to three cars. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms, comprising one double, one twin and one king-size room, served by a family bathroom upstairs and a separate downstairs shower room.

The ground floor holds a lounge with a wood burner and Smart TV, a fitted kitchen and a separate dining area with table seating for the whole party. A games room with a pool table adds a useful spot for evening entertainment, particularly on wet days. Exposed stonework and period features run through the house.

Outside, an enclosed garden includes play apparatus with a climbing wall and swings, along with a private hot tub for evening use. The garden also takes in views across the surrounding countryside. Internet access is available throughout the house.

Bideford itself lies a short drive away, with shops, cafes and a quayside, while the nearest beach is around seven miles from the property. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request, making this a practical base for a family group, though dogs cannot be accommodated at this property.
