The Old Sail Loft

This end-of-terrace cottage accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, making it suitable for small families and couples. Located in Beer, a fishing village on the Jurassic Coast near Seaton, the property sits within reach of the South West Coast Path, which climbs to cliff-top views above the village. The shingle beach lies half a mile away, where you can watch fishing boats, hunt fossils and explore rock pools. Seaton (2 miles east) offers a heritage tramway and water sports, while Branscombe (3 miles west) features traditional thatched cottages and colourful painted beach huts.

The ground floor contains an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with underfloor heating throughout. A large dining table seats the group for meals, and comfortable sofas face a smart TV with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, Ninja air-fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin room, served by a separate family bathroom with shower over the bath.

A small front seating area with a bistro set and bench provides space to sit outside, though this is a shared feature of the terrace. Private parking for one car is available at the property. A pub stands 300 metres away and a shop 500 metres distant. Linen and towels are provided. No dogs are permitted.
