Pink Cottage

Pink Cottage sits on the edge of Beer, a village on the East Devon coast, with the beach roughly 400 metres away and a pub and shop within 0.3 miles. The property sleeps four guests across two bedrooms and welcomes up to two dogs, with additional charges that may apply.

Upstairs, the double bedroom has bedside cabinets, lamps and a wardrobe, while the twin bedroom has a chest of drawers and door hooks for hanging space. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath, an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. Downstairs, a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker furnish the living room, and the kitchen to the rear is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A dining table and chairs provides seating for all four guests.

To the rear of the property, an enclosed garden combines a patio, a small section of grass and outdoor seating. A charcoal BBQ is available for use; charcoal is not supplied. Private off-street parking is provided for one car.

Travel cot, highchair and stairgate can all be hired on request, though cot linen is not included. Pecorama Pleasure Gardens is half a mile from the cottage. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure must be by 10:00.
