The Mew

The Mew sits on the ground floor in the heart of Dartmouth, a short walk from the River Dart. It is a compact studio apartment for two, with the double bed set within one open-plan room rather than a separate bedroom. Parking for one car is by Park and Ride permit at the top of the town.

Inside, the kitchen sits alongside a dining table and a seating area built around an electric fire, with a Smart TV for evenings in. The open-plan layout keeps everything on one level, and a shower room completes the space. There is no garden, though the unenclosed area at the front of the building is part of the let and gives somewhere to sit outside with a coffee.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and WiFi covers the whole apartment. The kitchen runs on an electric oven and hob with a microwave and fridge/freezer, enough for straightforward self-catering during a short break.

The shop and pub are around 0.1 miles away, close enough for an evening meal without needing the car. No pets and no smoking are permitted at The Mew, and a housekeeping bond applies at check-in.
