A contemporary one-level apartment in central Torquay, sleeping four across two bedrooms. The shared hallway involves steps down to the main door, which is worth noting for young children and anyone with limited mobility. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, diner and living room is finished in white gloss cabinetry with a breakfast bar seating four and a Nespresso machine on the counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine with dryer.

The living area has a two-seater sofa and two armchairs alongside a smart TV and a Google speaker. Bedroom one contains a double bed with a wardrobe and chest of drawers; French doors lead onto a balcony. The en-suite bathroom holds a bath, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom two provides twin single beds that zip-link into a king, with bedside reading lights, a chair and chest of drawers. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC.

A large terrace equipped with garden furniture overlooks the harbour. The beach is 500 metres away, a shop 300 metres and a pub 600 metres. Parking is unallocated public on-street. Wi-Fi is provided throughout and the property is non-smoking.

Children under five are not permitted given the steps at the entrance and the overall layout of the property. No dogs are allowed. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
