The Linhay

The Linhay is a cottage in the countryside near Holsworthy, with the village of Bradworthy 3.1 miles away and its own on-site Donkey Haven Charity to visit. The cottage sleeps 2 in a single super king-size bedroom, suited to a couple wanting a quiet countryside base rather than a family holiday.

The en-suite bedroom has a bath, a separate walk-in shower, basin, bidet and WC, along with short windows looking out to countryside views. Downstairs, the sitting room has a sofa and TV, and the kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee maker, with a circular dining table for meals in.

Oil central heating covers the cottage, and WiFi is provided throughout. Outside, an enclosed side garden has a lawn and seating, and off-road parking is available for one car on the private driveway. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent.

The Linhay welcomes up to three well-behaved medium-sized dogs, and guests should ask first about bringing any other kind of pet. The property is no smoking and no vaping, and short breaks require a minimum stay of three nights. A shop and pub are both about 3 miles away in Bradworthy.
