Post House

Post House is a two-storey barn conversion just over a mile from the town of Holsworthy, with countryside views from the property in the heart of the North Devon countryside. Two bright bedrooms sit on the first floor alongside a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, and the cottage sleeps 4.

Downstairs is a kitchen with a dining area and a separate lounge, with doors leading out to the garden so guests can get some countryside air while enjoying a cool drink. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a Smart TV, with a CD player and WiFi throughout.

Outside, the garden has furniture and a barbecue, and a shared field is available for play. Off-road parking is provided for two cars next to the cottage, and Post House shares its owners' land with a separate sister cottage that is also available to rent nearby.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not permitted. A cot, highchair and stairgate are all available on request, fuel and power are included in the rent, and oil heating covers the property. Shops, pubs and restaurants are 1.1 miles away, with the beach around 10 miles.
