Hillview House

Hillview House is a purpose-built holiday home a short walk from the centre of Holsworthy, with underfloor heating throughout and countryside views from several rooms. The ground floor has a hallway with a walk-in shower room and WC, a bedroom with a king-size bed and Smart TV, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner is the main living space, with a comfy sofa, large Smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen including electric oven and hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms: a king-size room with countryside views and a twin room with two single beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The property sleeps six in total across its three bedrooms.

Outside, sliding doors from the living area lead to a south-facing, enclosed rear garden with a decked seating area, steps down to an astro turf lawn, and a charcoal barbecue. A garden shed provides secure storage for bikes or paddleboards. To the front there is private off-road parking for up to three cars, with an electric vehicle charging point available for a fee of £55 per week payable directly to the owner.

A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests, and the property can be decorated for Christmas on request. Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
