The Falstone Apartment

The Falstone Apartment is a first-floor apartment in St Marychurch, a suburb of Torquay just a short drive from the town centre and harbour. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in an open-plan layout that suits couples or a small family wanting an easy base for exploring.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the second bedroom is a super king bed that can be made up as a twin on request, suiting adults and children alike so the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 in total. A separate bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC serves the rest of the apartment.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, alongside a dining table for planning the day ahead and a Smart TV for evenings in. Central heating and WiFi cover the apartment throughout, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside, guests can use a shared garden, a pleasant spot to sit with a drink when the weather allows. One allocated parking space is provided at the front of the property. The Falstone Apartment does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout, and the shop and pub are both around 0.2 miles away, making it easy to nip out for essentials without needing the car.
