Oddicombe Beach lies within walking distance, and the South West Coastal Path starts nearby. Torquay Harbour, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, is also within reach.

The king-size bedroom features sea views, a built-in wardrobe and TV/DVD. The twin room shares the same coastal outlook and includes built-in wardrobes, a TV and the futon. A bathroom provides a bath, separate shower and WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a utility cupboard houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
