The Burrow

This single-storey cottage in Braunton sleeps two guests in a single king-size bedroom, making it a suitable base for a couple exploring North Devon. The village shop, cafes and pubs are within easy walking distance, roughly 300 metres away, and the coast is around 2.5 miles from the door.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has a wooden floor, vaulted ceiling and large glass sliding doors that bring in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fitted with a small hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer and espresso machine, suited to light meals and snacks rather than large family cooking. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and there is a Smart TV in the lounge for evenings in.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with WC, so there is no separate bathroom to share. Outside, a seating area is provided for morning coffee or an evening drink, along with a surfboard rack and bike rack for guests bringing their own equipment.

Private parking is available for one car only, so this suits guests travelling with a single vehicle. Dogs are not permitted at the property. Internet access is provided, and towels are included in the stay. A local bus route runs nearby, offering an alternative to driving for trips into surrounding towns.
