Heanton Cottage

Heanton Cottage sits within walking distance of the centre of Braunton, where shops, pubs and restaurants are around half a mile away. This two-bedroom cottage sleeps two, with a double bedroom and a single bedroom on the first floor, alongside a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. A separate WC is located downstairs across the hallway from the kitchen.

The ground floor lounge centres on an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, with a first basket of logs included, and a Smart TV for evenings in. The kitchen/diner is traditional in style and equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, with a dining table for meals in. Storage and hooks are provided for surfboards, useful given the proximity to the North Devon coast.

Bi-fold doors from the kitchen lead out to an enclosed patio with a bistro table and chairs, and stone steps rise to a further raised patio with a pergola and grapevine. Both areas offer places to sit outdoors during a stay. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, making the cottage a practical option for families travelling with young children.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Parking is not provided on site; roadside parking is available subject to availability, with a public car park also nearby. Internet access is provided. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00.
