The Boat Shed

The Boat Shed stands in Beer, a short walk from the shingle beach and the South West Coastal Footpath. The kitchen and dining room sit on the ground floor with the sitting room upstairs, and the property sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one attached to each.

The king-size bedroom is on the first floor with its own en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor with an adjoining walk-in shower room, so each pair of guests gets their own facilities without sharing a landing. Upstairs, the sitting room has a corner sofa and a TV with Freeview and DVD player, and the dining table in the kitchen seats 4 for meals in.

A rear terrace with patio and furniture gives sea views, a good spot for eating outside when the weather allows. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and central heating and WiFi cover the rest. A cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and off-road parking is available for the stay. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. The shop and beach are both around 0.3 miles away and the nearest pub is 0.4 miles, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
