The Arches

The Arches is a ground-floor apartment in Torquay, with all the accommodation set on one level. A living/dining room opens into a separate kitchen, giving a straightforward layout for a seaside break.

The two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, are served by a bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and gas central heating, a Smart TV and WiFi cover the rest of the stay.

Outside, an enclosed lawn with furniture gives space to sit out. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Private parking is available for one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, provided they are small to medium in size, and smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are about 0.2 miles away, with the beach 1.4 miles.

The wider area gives plenty of choice for days out, from the harbour and sandy beaches of Torquay itself to nearby Paignton and the fishing town of Brixham, with Dartmoor National Park within reach for a day of walking and the South West Coast Path running along the shoreline.
