Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is a semi-detached cottage sleeping 3, part of Widmouth Farm Cottages at Watermouth between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin. Two bedrooms, a small double and a single, sit off an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and sitting area, and there's a ground-floor shower room with shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and WiFi, though the farm's secluded setting can slow streaming at busy times. Gas central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed patio garden sits at the rear, and a private courtyard has furniture for sitting out. A shared utility room nearby has two coin-operated washing machines, a coin-operated tumble dryer, a fridge, freezer and iron. A travel cot, stairgate and highchair are available on request.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, or three small dogs, and the wider farm has a shared dog exercise field, picnic area and playground, plus a private beach around 500 yards away. A designated parking space is provided and the property is smoke-free. Changeovers run Monday and Friday only, with a minimum stay of three nights, and a refundable housekeeping bond applies. The shop and pub are around 1.5 miles away.
