Butterfly Annexe

Butterfly Annexe sits close to Ilfracombe in North Devon and sleeps three across two bedrooms, making it a practical choice for a couple with a child or a small group travelling together. Steps lead up from the entrance porch into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, where two sofas sit alongside a large Smart TV and a table positioned near the staircase for evening meals.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with ice compartment, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, with a breakfast bar and stools offering a spot for lighter meals. A separate utility area houses the washer/dryer. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has its own Smart TV, while the second bedroom holds a single bed; both share a shower room with a large shower and WC.

Outside, a rear enclosed garden gives guests private use of garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a private hot tub. Off-road parking is provided for up to two cars, with additional parking available if needed, and an EV charging point is on site, with payment arranged directly with the owner. A travel cot with a proper mattress and a highchair can be provided on request.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and the property is set up as family-friendly accommodation. Arrival is from 3pm and departure by 10am. The nearest beach and pub are around three miles away, with a shop roughly a mile and a half from the annexe, so a short drive covers most day-to-day essentials.
