Cody Lodge

Cody Lodge is a single-storey lodge on Mullacott Park, around 2 miles from Ilfracombe, a coastal town with five beaches. It sleeps 3 across a king-size bedroom and a single bedroom, and a chair in the sitting area can also convert into an extra bed if needed.

The open-plan living space brings together the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a Smart TV in the lounge for evenings in. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, a slimline dishwasher, a coffee maker, an air fryer, a kettle and a toaster, so there is plenty of scope for cooking in.

Both bedrooms have their own Smart TV, and a single bathroom with a bath, an overhead shower, a basin and a heated towel rail serves the lodge. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and WiFi covers the property throughout.

Outside, an enclosed garden has decking, an artificial lawn and furniture for sitting out, a pleasant spot for morning coffee or alfresco dining. Off-road parking is provided for one car, with a nearby layby and communal parking as backup, and Cody Lodge welcomes two well-behaved pets. Smoking is not permitted. A shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away, and the river is roughly 1.1 miles from the door.
