Surf View

Surf View is a three-storey house in Hope Cove with sea views and a sandy beach close by. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, and the ground floor holds an open kitchen and living/dining room plus a cloakroom with a basin and WC. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven and microwave, and the dining table seats six for meals in.

The first floor has a double and a twin bedroom, served by a bathroom with a bath, shower over and heated towel rail. A further double bedroom sits on the second floor with its own en-suite shower room, giving one couple in the group a private space. A stairgate is available for families with young children.

Outside, there's a garden with a patio and furniture, and off-road parking for one car, with extra roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. There are 28 wide steps between the parking area and the front door, so it's worth allowing time with luggage. A barbecue isn't provided, though guests are welcome to bring their own.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Surf View. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop and beach are around 0.2 miles away with a pub closer at 0.1 miles. Heating is by convector heaters, and a Smart TV, clock radio and WiFi are fitted for evenings in.
