Sunnyhill Mews

Sunnyhill Mews forms part of a larger villa in a quiet residential corner of Torquay, one of seven properties sharing a private courtyard development. It suits a family or small group of up to four, with a lounge/diner offering comfortable seating and a dining table with four chairs for evenings in.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms sit on the first floor: a double room and a triple room fitted with a double and a single bed. The single bathroom has a handheld shower over the bath and a WC, while a separate downstairs cloakroom offers a second WC for convenience during the day.

The kitchen comes well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plus a filter coffee machine. A separate utility room houses the washing machine along with an iron and ironing board. Families travelling with young children will find a travel cot, stairgate and highchair provided.

Outside, a private patio at the front of the house holds garden furniture for al fresco evenings, with an enclosed front garden beyond. Private parking is available for one car, and the shared courtyard is used by the other properties on the development. The nearest shop and pub are half a mile away. Guests should note this is a residential area, so consideration for neighbours is asked, and dogs cannot be accommodated.
