This contemporary house near Bishops Tawton sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, all located on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a super-king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, patio access, a free-standing bath within the room and a separate en-suite shower room. A second super-king-size room is arranged as a zip-and-link, which can be made into two singles on request, while the two remaining king-size rooms include one with its own en-suite shower room. A further bathroom with a free-standing bath and shower, plus a separate first-floor WC, completes the arrangement.

The first floor holds the main living spaces, including a lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows and a Smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a vaulted ceiling and bifold doors leading onto a balcony with outdoor seating and a barbecue. The kitchen is fitted with four electric ovens, an induction hob, a dishwasher, microwave, drinks fridge and a Quooker tap. A utility area sits just off the kitchen. The garage houses a games room with a ping-pong table, dartboard and a Peloton bike, and the lower floor has a snug with a Smart TV, additional seating and a bar with drink taps, with kegs available to purchase separately from the homeowner.

Outside, a partially enclosed garden includes a rear patio with outdoor furniture and a private hot tub. Private parking is provided for four cars to the front of the property. Guests also have complimentary access to a wellness spa in Barnstaple, offering hydrotherapy, sauna and steam room facilities, though this is off-site and separate from the house itself.

Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Wifi is provided via Starlink internet, and a travel cot and highchair can be requested in advance. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
