Snowdrops

Beer is a working fishing village on Lyme Bay with a shingle beach where boats land their daily catch, surrounded by gentle countryside. The village centre holds shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Beer Quarry Caves, vast man-made underground caverns created by centuries of stone extraction, lie about a mile away. Seaton, less than 2 miles east along the Jurassic Coast, attracts fossil hunters and water sports enthusiasts.

Snowdrops is a semi-detached house on a residential development at the edge of Beer. The entrance porch opens to a lounge with comfortable furnishings and a flame-effect gas fire. A glazed door leads through to the kitchen/diner at the rear, equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A door from the kitchen accesses the garden.

Upstairs, two bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The double bedroom includes a TV and radio; the twin room has two single beds measuring 3' and 2'6". A welcome pack is provided, and beach towels are not supplied so bring your own.

The enclosed rear garden has a small lawn, patio and established flower borders with outdoor furniture included. A small planted garden at the front gives level access to the property. A gate from the rear garden boundary gives private access to your parking space for one car. The beach, pub and shops all sit within half a mile. No dogs are permitted. Arrival from 16:00, departure before 10:00.
