Seaview - Beer

Sitting at an elevated position in Beer, this converted outbuilding falls within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and accommodates four guests across two bedrooms. The king-size room has coastal views and its own en-suite shower room with WC, while the twin bedroom enjoys sea views and good storage. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and underfloor heating serves the landing.

The open-plan ground floor brings the lounge, kitchen and dining area together. Comfortable sofas, a Smart TV with DVD and a centrally placed dining table make the space practical for evenings in. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. A highchair and travel cot are available to hire on request, and a stair gate can also be requested.

Outside, a decked area to the front provides space for al fresco dining, and a paved courtyard to the rear comes with a bistro set. Guests can also use the owners' shared gardens. Note that parking for one car sits roughly 100 metres from the property along a stoned path, so bear that in mind if travelling with heavy luggage.

Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A shop is within 300 metres, and the pub and local shingle beach are each around half a mile away. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
