Sailors Rest

Sailors Rest is a first-floor apartment in Dartmouth with sea glimpses, reached by stairs or a lift from the entrance, close to the promenade. The open-plan living space has high ceilings and decorative panelling, with Chesterfield sofas in the sitting area and a Smart TV.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and the dining table seats four. The bedroom holds a super-king-size four-poster bed, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC completes the apartment.

Electric central heating covers the flat, and WiFi and a selection of books are provided for quieter evenings. Parking is in nearby public car parks or on the roadside, which is restricted to a 2-hour maximum between 9am and 6pm from April to September, though it is unrestricted overnight and unrestricted altogether from October to March.

No pets, smoking or vaping are allowed at Sailors Rest. The shop, pub and beach are all around 0.1 miles away, with the promenade and Dartmouth's shops and cafes close by, and Dartmouth Castle reachable on foot or by a short ferry ride. Totnes is around 12 miles further up the estuary for a longer day out.
