Priory House

Priory House sits in Barnstaple, a short walk from the River Taw, and sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. Three bedrooms are king-size, two of them en-suite with walk-in showers, and one has a dressing area and double basin. There are two double bedrooms, one en-suite, and a zip/link twin that can convert to a king-size, plus a separate family bathroom and cloakroom.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, and there's a further sitting room and a snug with a gas fire for quieter evenings. Gas central heating covers the house, and the kitchen has two electric ovens, an electric hob, a gas hob, two fridge/freezers and a mix of dishwashers. A utility room holds two washing machines and a tumble dryer.

For downtime, the house has an external games room with a pool table and football table, a sauna room and a gym with equipment for keeping up a routine. Six Smart TVs and WiFi are spread through the property, along with a selection of books and games.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio and furniture, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven, and a Dutch wood-fired bath. Off-road parking is available, and the property is dog-friendly (confirm how many when booking). Note the property does not accept a Saturday or Sunday check-in or check-out, and a shop is 2.2 miles away with a pub 1.4 miles away.
