Primrose Cottage

Primrose Cottage is one of six cottages at Millmans Farm in Marldon, sharing a lawn, heated swimming pool and sun deck with the rest of the farm. It sleeps 4 across two first-floor bedrooms, suiting a couple or a family.

An open-plan living space downstairs holds the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with an electric fire and electric night storage heaters. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, and there is a dining table for four. A Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi and a DVD player cover evenings in. A small shared utility area has a coin-operated washing machine, tumble dryer and washing lines.

Upstairs, a double and a twin bedroom share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A cot, highchair, stairgate and baby bath are all available for younger guests.

The shared lawn has a heated swimming pool and sun deck, open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting. Off-road parking is provided for one car.

Primrose Cottage takes up to 2 dogs, with a fee for bringing pets; other pets need to be discussed in advance. Smoking is not permitted, and the cottage does not accept worker bookings. The pub and shop in Marldon are both within a 5-minute walk, and Paignton, with its zoo and sandy beach, is about 2.5 miles away, with Torquay 4 miles further on.
