Boat rides from Bideford reach Lundy Island, a three-mile-wide wildlife haven managed by the National Trust.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area features large glass doors opening onto a 30-foot balcony with uninterrupted views across the sea and bay. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, while a separate utility room houses the freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table seats six. A Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker are provided in the lounge, along with books, films and games.

The super-king master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling doors opening to the balcony and an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating, heated towel rails and WC. Two further bedrooms provide a single and a twin. The main bathroom has a bath with handheld shower, WC, underfloor heating and heated towel rails. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs.

Sleeping five guests, the apartment includes a travel cot and highchair. One allocated underground parking space is provided, with further local parking available. A lift connects the underground car park to the first-floor apartment. A bike rack accommodates up to four bicycles. Towels are included. No dogs are permitted.
