This two-bedroom apartment in Woolacombe sleeps four and sits within a complex offering a shared indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, each bookable in one-hour slots up to two weeks before arrival by contacting the guest services team. EV charging on site can be reserved the same way. One private off-road parking space is included.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area centres on a Smart TV and a dining table, with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom one has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC; bedroom two has twin zip-and-link beds, convertible to a king-size on request. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC serves the second bedroom. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

A balcony with table and chairs looks out over the waterside and provides a practical spot to sit between activities. The beach, a shop and a pub are all within a short walk. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

Access involves four steps from the car park to the lift, then three further steps between the lift and the apartment door, which is worth factoring in when booking. Shared leisure facilities open 9am to 5pm in low season and 8am to 6pm in high season, closing on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure before 10:00.
