Moorview Lodge

Moorview Lodge sits near Plympton on the edge of Plymouth, offering an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner with patio doors that open onto a raised decked area. The lounge has a wood burner (logs supplied), and the space is furnished in a mix of metal, wood and leather.

The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, a double, and a bunk room, served by a further family bathroom with a freestanding bath and a large walk-in rain shower. The kitchen has an electric cooker, induction hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

A converted garage houses a private games room with a full-size pool table that doubles as a table tennis top, a dartboard, a retro arcade machine, and the washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, the decked area has seating and a private hot tub with countryside views. Guests also have private use of the owner's indoor swimming pool and gym, though sessions must be booked in advance with the owners in one or two-hour slots, subject to availability.

Up to four dogs can stay, with additional charges applying, and a travel cot and highchair can be requested ahead of arrival. Private parking is available for up to three cars, and the site has CCTV cameras covering the entrance gate and driveway. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
