Millrock Cottage

Millrock Cottage is 200 yards from Woolacombe Beach, with the village park also close by. It sleeps four in two upstairs bedrooms, a king-size and a twin. The twin room has a Smart TV, and both bedrooms share the first-floor bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Downstairs, French doors connect the open-plan living room to an enclosed decked patio. An L-shaped sofa faces the sitting area and Smart TV, while the dining table occupies a corner beside the kitchen. There is a separate downstairs WC. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and Nespresso pod coffee machine.

The private patio has outdoor furniture and space to eat outside. A lockable cupboard in the front porch provides storage for beach equipment, including boards. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome, with possible additional charges. For families with young children, a travel cot, stairgate and highchair are available.

Shops, restaurants and pubs in Woolacombe are within walking distance. Parking is free on-street nearby; you need to give the owner your vehicle registration. This is not a private parking space beside the cottage, so follow the arrival instructions carefully. The village park is 200 feet away, with playing fields and a skate park also nearby. Arrival is from 3.30pm and departure before 10am.
