Millers Loft

Millers Loft is an 18th-century duplex apartment on the Colmer Estate, set in the countryside between the historic towns of Modbury and Kingsbridge; Diptford is the nearest of our destination pages. The apartment sleeps 4 across two second-floor bedrooms and one bathroom, and only takes seven-night bookings in July and August.

The open-plan first floor combines the kitchen, dining room and sitting room, with an enclosed, south-facing garden of its own to sit out in. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle, so it's set up for a full self-catered stay. Upstairs, the two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, share a bathroom with a bath and a shower over.

As part of the wider 28-acre Colmer Estate, guests can use an external games room with table football, an external gym, a hard tennis court and a children's play area, plus two heated swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor (the outdoor pool open from late May to early September). A shared laundry room is available on the estate for an extra charge.

Millers Loft welcomes up to two well-behaved pets, with a per-dog supplement applying. A designated parking space is provided, and the shop, garage and pub are all around 0.4 miles away. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
