Mill Barn

Mill Barn is a detached, converted barn in Bish Mill, near South Molton, sitting within its own garden with views across surrounding fields. It accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms: a king-size room on the ground floor reached via two steps down, plus a king-size and a twin room upstairs. Two bathrooms serve the house, one a ground-floor shower room with WC, the other an upstairs room with a double-ended bath, walk-in shower and WC.

The country kitchen and dining room is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and the dining table seats all six guests. A separate utility room provides hanging space, storage and a sink. The living room centres on a wood burner with the first basket of logs included, and a second sitting area with sofa and TV gives the group extra space. Two TVs are available, one of which is a Smart TV.

Outside, the enclosed garden has a lawn and a patio with a table and chairs for outdoor meals, plus secure storage for bikes or surfboards. Private parking is provided for four cars. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for families with young children, and up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

South Molton is around three miles away for shops, tea rooms and a farmers' market, while the sandy surfing beaches of the North Devon coast lie roughly 24 miles from the property. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 09:00.
