Mei's Cottage

Mei's Cottage is a thatched cottage in Pinhoe, a village on the edge of Exeter and near Stoke Canon. The cottage sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms.

A single step leads up to the stable door entrance. The ground floor holds a kitchen with views over the garden, a dining area, and a sitting room with exposed beams and a sofa bed for extra flexibility. The family bathroom, also on the ground floor, has a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Upstairs, reached via a steep staircase, are the two double bedrooms, one tucked beneath the eaves.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and there's a TV and WiFi in the living space. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

A wraparound cottage garden with patio, lawn and furniture surrounds the property, along with a barbecue hut for outdoor dining; the garden is not enclosed and sits close to a road, so it needs watching with young children. One well-behaved pet is welcome, kept on a lead outside. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, with additional unrestricted parking on the road, and the shop and pub are about 0.2 miles away.
