Shamrock

Shamrock is a single-storey house in Stoke Canon, built around one king-size bedroom and geared toward couples. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room forms the heart of the house and includes a sofa bed for extra flexibility, and the property sleeps 2 in total.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and an electric fire for cooler evenings. The king-size bedroom has its own Smart TV, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves it directly. Electric central heating covers the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed rear patio has furniture and a private hot tub for a soak after the day. Driveway parking sits in front of the house for 2 cars, and EV charging is available at the property for a fee payable to the owner.

Shamrock takes two well-behaved dogs, and the shop and pub are both around 0.1 mile away, with a main bus route linking Exeter city to Tiverton passing close by. Smoking is not permitted inside, making this a straightforward, well-equipped base for a quiet break as a couple.
