Lustleigh Mill Barn

Lustleigh Mill Barn is a reverse-level barn conversion in the village of Lustleigh, with the living space on the entrance level and the bedroom below. Steps lead down to the property, and two further steps take you into the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, where vaulted ceilings and a woodburning stove set the tone for the evening.

Stairs lead down to the double bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC; note that the bathroom ceiling is fairly low. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and WiFi. An air source pump provides both heating and cooling, and a starter pack for the woodburner is included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a patio with furniture for sitting out, and a designated off-road parking space is available for one car. A shop, pub and seasonal tea room are all within walking distance. Steps down to and within the barn mean it won't suit guests with limited mobility.

Lustleigh Mill Barn takes up to two well-behaved pets, and smoking isn't permitted. Bovey Tracey and Moretonhampstead are both a short drive away for further shops and dining.
