Little Rowan at Rowan Park Farm

Little Rowan sits at Rowan Park Farm near Ashwater in West Devon, a single-storey property attached to the owner's own house. It sleeps 3 across two bedrooms and one shower room, all on the ground floor, reached by a sweeping drive with countryside views over the surrounding fields.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has an electric double oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with ice box, a washing machine and a dishwasher, plus a separate utility area for extra storage. The sitting area has an electric fire for cooler evenings, and there's a TV and WiFi throughout the property.

The double bedroom and single bedroom share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Central heating and the electric fire keep the property warm, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

An enclosed front patio has furniture and a charcoal barbecue, and guests also have access to a shared front garden with a lawn and picnic bench, though dogs must stay on a lead there since the garden is shared with the owner's property. A Good Housekeeping bond applies to the booking.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, kept on a lead in the shared garden, and off-road parking is provided. Smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop and pub are both around 3.4 to 3.5 miles away, with Holsworthy roughly 8 miles and Bude about 17 miles by road.
