Kinbrae Apartment

Kinbrae Apartment is a first-floor apartment in Torquay's Wellswood area, with regular buses running to the centre of Torquay, the seafront and the Princess Theatre. The building is a Victorian villa with its own blue plaque, and Meadfoot Beach and Ansteys Cove are both within walking distance. Wellswood village itself has cafés, boutique shops, a post office, a grocery store and a gastro pub, all close to the apartment's front door.

The lounge has a large leather corner sofa with reclining ends, a Smart TV, a flame-effect fire and a dining table for four, with a picture window looking out over Wellswood's hills. The two bedrooms both have their own Smart TV and premium mattresses: a super king-size that can be set up as twins on request, and a king-size. A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail serves both rooms.

The kitchen is fitted with a Smeg gas hob, an oven, a fridge/freezer with a drinks dispenser, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Gas central heating covers the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car. The apartment isn't suitable for children under 5, and hen and stag parties aren't accepted. No pets are allowed, and smoking isn't permitted. The shop and pub are around 0.2 miles away, and the beach about 0.8 miles.
