Jasmine Cottage

Jasmine Cottage is a stone cottage in Kilmington, reached on foot from roadside parking along a short path. The sitting room has a woodburning stove and a sofa bed that sleeps one extra guest, alongside a TV, radio and a selection of books.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a king-size room and a single room, both with built-in storage, sharing a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, hob and washing machine, with original flagstone flooring underfoot.

A front garden has a lawn and shared gate access, and a rear, enclosed garden has a lawn, patio and furniture, with a sheltered spot for outdoor seating. A travel cot and highchair are available, and one well-behaved pet is welcome; a door closes off the stairs in the kitchen/diner to help keep muddy paws contained, and there is space in the rear garden for a dog to stretch out in the sun.

No smoking is allowed inside, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. The shop is around 0.5 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles, with a farm shop and cafe within walking distance. Axminster is about 2.6 miles by road, and Lyme Regis and Seaton are both within a short drive of Kilmington, along with walking country in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
