Jacobs Barn

Jacob's Barn is an 18th-century barn conversion set on a six-acre farm estate near Lifton, with an original mill stone now forming a fountain outside. It sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms: a double with an en-suite bathroom of bath, WC and washbasin, a twin room, and a single room, plus a separate shower room.

The ground floor has a lounge with an open fire, a farmhouse kitchen/diner, and a games room with table tennis off the lounge. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, and TV and WiFi cover the sitting area. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Guests have use of a grass tennis court and a decked seating area on the six-acre estate, with fields and streams to explore. Outside the barn itself, a large lawned garden with table, chairs and a barbecue is shared with the owners, alongside a patio area for private use. Night storage heating and the open fire keep the barn warm.

Off-road parking is provided for three cars. Jacob's Barn accepts up to two pets, charged as an extra fee per pet, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. The shop and pub are both around 4 miles away.
