Hunstone Barn

Hunstone Barn is a converted barn in the courtyard of a small working farm near South Molton, with original wooden beams, picture windows along the landing and large windows looking over the surrounding countryside. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, and lockable storage is available for bikes and surfboards.

The barn sleeps 4 across two en-suite bedrooms: a double with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and WC, and a twin with an en-suite walk-in shower room, basin and WC. Children over 3 years of age are welcome, or babes-in-arms before crawling, as no stairgates are fitted.

The open-plan kitchen has ceramic hobs and a conventional electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, with a Smart TV supported by a 4G router in the sitting area. Oil central heating covers the barn, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.

Hunstone Barn does not accept pets, and smoking and vaping are not permitted. The garden has an enclosed patio with seating. Bookings run Friday to Friday, and stag, hen and worker groups are not accepted, with the nearest shop 2.9 miles away and the nearest pub 2.6 miles away.
