Home Farm Cottage

Home Farm Cottage is in the village of Fremington, a short walk from Fremington Quay with access to the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail cycle route. The cottage sleeps 5 across three bedrooms, one with its own en-suite shower room, basin and WC.

The living/dining space has a woodburning stove, and there's a heated conservatory alongside the kitchen/diner. The kitchen has a range oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and gas central heating with the woodburning stove covers the cottage. A Smart TV and WiFi are fitted, and fuel, power, a stove starter pack, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a lawn, patio, furniture and a shed. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, with street parking also available nearby. A field and wooded area two minutes' walk from the cottage give space for dog walks, and Instow, a short drive away, has a beach popular with dog owners.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and the cottage is no smoking. A shop is 0.2 miles away and a pub 0.4 miles away. Fremington itself sits between Yelland and Barnstaple, with a quay, a nature reserve and links to the South West Coast Path, and Barnstaple is about 3.1 miles off with its Pannier Market and museum.
